ValuCare Partners with Generika to Launch Wellness Discount Program
ValuCare has announced a new partnership with Generika Drugstore to provide members with significant savings across its full range of medicines and supplements.
The VC x Generika Wellness Discount Program offers discounts of up to 89% on select medicines for chronic conditions such as hypertension, high cholesterol, and diabetes, while also providing discounts on other medicines and health supplements available at Generika Drugstore.
The discounts are based on the retail prices of equivalent branded medicines.
The initiative comes at a time when the rising cost of long-term disease management and general healthcare continues to challenge both patients and employers. By making medicines and supplements more affordable, ValuCare aims to ease the financial burden on members while promoting better health outcomes for Filipino families.
Among the highlighted savings are :
- Amlodipine for hypertension, available at 80% savings
- Atorvastatin for cholesterol, at 66% savings
- Metformin for diabetes, at 89% savings
- Gliclazide for diabetes, at 68% savings
Members can claim their discounts by presenting their ValuCare card at participating Generika branches or by ordering online through a dedicated QR code and link for home delivery.
