ICT Team Powers Up ValuCare’s Tech Edge

Kudos to our ICT team for developing three major tech platforms that are making processes faster and simpler for our client partners and their members!

  • • ValuCare’s SuperApp (soft launched July 2025) – Members now have a one-stop health companion! With a virtual membership card, LOA requests for consultations, lab tests, procedures, and admissions, plus reimbursement requests, real-time benefits tracking, wellness content, and a full provider directory, everything ValuCare members need is in one app. It even syncs with the ValuCare E-Health Experience (VEE) in real time so they can track their vitals over time.

  • • Manulife Medical Secure (launched May 2025) – A smarter way to handle claims, LOAs, and member requests through a seamless self-service portal.

  • • PRULIFE Agent Enrollment Portal (launched August 2025) – Makes agent onboarding easier, with online registration, plan selection, and document management.

These milestones highlight ValuCare’s edge as a tech-driven HMO, building digital solutions that keep us ahead in the industry.
