ValuCare Champions Integrity and Compliance

January 8, 2026

ValuCare hosted a seminar on Anti-Money Laundering (AMLA), Whistleblowing, and Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABC) policies.

The sessions were held from November 19–21, November 26, and December 1, 2025 at the Function Hall/Roofdeck of the ValuCare Building. Employees from across the company joined discussions and gained practical insights on ethical decision-making, risk management, and international compliance standards.

The training is aligned with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA), Insurance Commission AML guidelines, and ValuCare’s Internal Compliance Framework.

“Our people are at the heart of our integrity culture,” said the Legal & Compliance Team. “These sessions equip them to make better decisions and uphold the values that guide ValuCare.”

The Compliance Program 2026 applies to all departments and ensures adherence to laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Key areas includes:

  • •  Money laundering and terrorism financing prevention
  • •  Data privacy and information security
  • •  Whistleblowing channels and protections
  • •  Anti-bribery and corruption controls

ValuCare emphasizes a zero-tolerance policy for non-compliance. Everyone plays a role in compliance, helping protect the company, its employees, members, and the communities it serves.
