Asia Brewery and ValuCare Celebrate 20 Years of Partnership

Asia Brewery, Inc. and Value Care Health Systems, Inc. (ValuCare) are celebrating 20 years of partnership built on trust and a shared commitment to employee well-being.

What began in 2006 as a healthcare partnership has grown into a long-standing collaboration focused on making healthcare more accessible, proactive, and employee-centered. Asia Brewery, Inc. (ABI), one of the country’s leading beverage companies, and ValuCare, a trusted HMO and healthcare partner, have continued to evolve their wellness initiatives to better support employees. 

Over the years, ABI has continued to invest in the well-being of its employees and their families, alongside ValuCare, which continues to expand its healthcare programs to include product innovation, health network partnership, and digital health solutions.

Marking the milestone, leaders from both organizations came together for a ceremonial contract signing on August 25, 2026. Representing ValuCare were Mr. Arnie Cruz, Assistant Vice President for Sales; Mr. Franz Araque, Chief Operating Officer; and Dr. Elmer Palomata, President and CEO. Joining them from ABI were Mr. Richard Sun, Vice President for Corporate Human Resources; Ms. Cristina Basaca, Team Lead for Benefits and Corporate Services; and Mr. Maximo del Ponso, Corporate HR Manager.

Today, Asia Brewery employees benefit from the ValuCare E-Health Experience (VEE), a self-service health kiosk that makes preventive health checks a simple part of everyday life. In just a few minutes, employees can monitor key health indicators and seamlessly track their results through the ValuCare mobile app. All health information stays secure and private, giving users greater convenience and control over their personal wellness journey.

This partnership shows ValuCare’s commitment as the Care Changer by moving healthcare from reactive treatment to proactive, preventive care.
