SUMMARY
– Customer Care Manager oversees the operations of the Customer Care Department
– Supervises the department’s four (4) sections, including the primary care center, thru its section head and unit supervisors.
– Customer Care Manager will be directly reporting to the Medical Director.

Qualifications
– Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Post Graduate Diploma/Master’s Degree in Medical Science or equivalent.
– At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
– With experience being an Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Application, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
– Above average communication and leadership skills.
